FNB DECEASED ESTATES

<p>I have been dealing with this useless bank for more than 40 working days and its still ongoing. Took them 39 days approx to pay out a deceased bank account less than R3000. No I am asking like in all the e mails for signed and stamped documents that is not e mailed but original for the Mater of the Court and they are so stupid-cannot supply it!!Yet they work with deceased accounts that is suppose to take no longer than 21 working days for big accounts and less for small. The bank refuses documents and the Deceased accounts dept sends me back to the bank. This FNB is the worst bank and *********** bank staff I had the misfortune to work with!!!! Still require the documents but will be sending their last email to the Master of the Court</p>
