FNB DECEASED ESTATE PATHETIC SERVICE

I emailed FNB with all the necessary documents regarding my dads estate on the 11 December 2022. I have not heard anything from them. The auto response provides the two contacts below should we feel that FNB has not delivered timeously and we need to escalate our request Mpilo Segale and Sara-Lee Sanssoucie.
