FNB deceased estate

Hi,my family submitted a claim for my late father's estate in July 2022,we were told that we would be kept in the loop on every step in this regard, no one has ever called us after sending nervous emails for for more than 2 months a reply came back stating that they are still waiting for masters office to appoint someone to deal with the estate it is now 5 months we have not heard anything from the FNB to date,what a very bad service I'm cancelling my will aswell because no one seems to care in that institution it's just frustrating BAD service I tell you
