Fnb deceased estate

Firstly I am not very impressed with the fnb service because I'm trying to report a deceased estate for 2 weeks now and only get a answering service.

Your answering service allows for someone to report a deceased as well and you will contact them within 24 hours. I did that almost 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for that call.
