FNB Deceased Department still alive????

How many FNB employees in the deceased estates department does it take to resolve a simple request to close an estate account and to supply a R0.00 statement and letter confirming closure? At this stage I have been struggling since 18/10/2022. Employees within FNB are assigning the task to other employees but nobody gets around to the actual work. I have SEVEN FNB employees CC'ed in on the email - ADDED BY FNB AND NOT ME - but still on 24/01/2023 I have no results.
