FNB DECEASED ACCOUNT

I Opened an estate account early January, submitted all required documents mind you i spent so much to even get those documents. Three months later no communication whatsoever no money went to the branch to check only to find out that the documents were not sent to the correct department which is not my fault. They then submitted the documents to the correct email address,5 months later no communication. And they deduct monthly fees every month without fail

My mom used FNB when she was alive i just wish she never used this bank shame other accounts were settled nicely with this one stop using FNB for the sake of the one's youll leave behind it sucks
