FNB Debt review guys are useless and *******, refuse to align interest rate to court order

Besides the fact that FNB treats me like a ******** when I ask them questions, they are also *****ing from me. They agreed to 10% Interest in court, the court order clearly states 10%, my debt counsellor also followed up and FNB Debt Review just ignores all correspondence. They are still charging 14.50% interest on my account. They refuse to fix it despite the fact that we have raised it a million times. They just treat me like *******. FNB Debt Review guys have no idea what they are doing. Be careful when you deal with these guys - they are useless and do not obey court orders!
