FNB Debt Review department the worst ever

I have cleared off debt review, but can't be removed due to FNB not answering their emails to the company called Hyphen PDA. This has been going on for 6 months? Such a big institute and they cannot respond or act fast enough. FRBDEBTREVIEWCENTRE@FIRSTRAND the worst people to deal with.

Hyphen PDA also do not give you feedback!
