FNB DEBT Review department not helpful

DEBT Review department not helpful Made a mistake and did a payment arrangement, now even after making several extra payments, im still in arrears according to FNB, i was removed from Debt review in 2024 and yet FNB still makes my account sit a Debt review department that cannot even share or send a recon statement or explain arrears that are sitting on my account. I cant wait to move Banks, this is pathetic
