FNB Debt Review Department Failure.

I have been trying for over a week to get my Certificates of Balance (COBs) from the FNB Debt Review department so I can settle my accounts in full. It is an absolute nightmare.

Nobody responds to emails, their official phone numbers don't work, and when you do get through to the bank, you just get passed from one department to another. Nobody wants to take responsibility or do their job to get this resolved, even though it’s a Private Client issue.

FNB, I am trying to pay you your money. Please, can someone competent actually contact me and send me my balances?
