FNB Debt review department bad service

I am having a nightmare of an experience with FNBs debt review department.

My revolving facility is under debt review, but since inception of debt review, FNB converted the revolving facility to a "personal loan" and changed the account number from the original account number to which the debt review payments are being made, I have been struggling more than a year to get this fixed but no one is will to help.

No FNB is saying I am almost R80 000 in the arears, although payments were made, but to the original account, not the converted account?????

Where is the money??? Feels to me FNB just don't care.

I am glad I moved banks. I will never recommend FNB to anyone.
