FNB Debt review department .

Disappointing non existing service from FNB debt review department regarding my home loan I am waiting on FNB to address my query that was emailed on the 20 March 2026. No response except an automated response. I spent 30 minutes on the phone being transferred to 3 different agents. I ended up speaking to a debt review agent who told me to write an email. I explained my situation to four different agents on 20 March 2026
