Fnb debt review centre doesn't respond to emails

I am currently under debt review and the company handling payment allocation over paid in my fnb loan, the money was supposed to go into my fnb credit card, they have been emailing fnb debt review centre for the past 3 weeks with absolutely no feedback, fnb customer service has gone pathetic.
