FNB DEBT REVIEW CENTRE

I have been to Parktown FNB to apply for a credit card, which my previous on was paid up with the debit review. I gave the consultant my Resission Order Letter from the court, which was submitted to FNB DEBT REVIEW CENTRE. I was told that it would take 10 working Days to get sorted. Then they requested the FORM 17.W, which I have sent yesterday 10/07/2019. Now I have to wait another 10 Days for this to be sorted. I am very Frustrated with FNB and sorry that i have opened an account with you. I want this sorted with Priority or else I am goint to close my account tomorrow morning!!!!!!!! I am not happy!!!!
