FNB Debt Review Center Service

I have previously also put up a review and complaint about FNB but my issues have still not been resolved. I have been under Debt Counselling for the past 5 years. Some, if not all of my FNB accounts have been paid in full. I have to send paid up letters to my debt councilors. I have been requesting letters since January 2022. I have phoned and complained but they just don't care. When I did manage to get through to FNB Debt Review Centre I was informed that there are outstanding amounts on some of my accounts. It doesn't make sense to me. I have been requesting statements but I am still waiting. I have never received any notification that the debt review payment was not being made so I want to know what is going on with my accounts. All statements received from my debt councilors for the past few months, indicated an outstanding amount on only 1 of my accounts. According to the info that I had, that amount was settled last month. I know some have been paid in full, I just want a letter for each one. I really don't understand why I have to wait for 6 months. I urgently need to resolve these issues and I just want my letters for the paid up accounts. Once I have paid up all my debt, I am going to change banks because the service at FNB is just getting worse.
