FNB Debt Review Center Absolutely shocking service

I have been battling since November 2018 to get a final clearance certificate for 2 accounts held at FNB.

My debt review ended in November 2018; every other creditor was settled to the cent with no hiccups. I received clearance certificates from all.....except for FNB. When we requested the final statement from FNB, we were initially issued with a statement reflecting +/- R90 000 still owing. We queried this and requested a detailed statement so that we could perform a reconciliation.....5 months later we are still waiting for a statement!

At one point we were told that my accounts need to go to an Interest Restructuring Department and the whole restructuring process could take anything between 15 workings day to 2 months to sort out.

I contacted them again last week Tuesday, only to be told the same story....they are still busy with my accounts at the Interest Restructuring Department. The balance has apparently reduced to R12 000 now! I asked them once again for a detailed statement. I was told that they would send it to me urgently.....(urgently is apparently within 48 hours)! Low and beyond, it is a week later and still no statements.

I seriously don't know how to get this problem sorted out.
