When the **** am I going to get my money refuded from FNB - I raised a query 2 weeks ago regarding my refund and the time has elapsed on their side and I still havent received my money

I spoke to a Precious from debt review who is so useless and unhelpful - I also spoke to an Abdulla - the same story and another guy Vaughan - reference number 263590

When the **** am I going to be refunded - why am I waiting for so long for FNB's **** up - this is now unacceptable - refund my ***en money Sort this out man - stop making me beg for money that's mine - like this is unacceptable
