FNB Debt Review

I am not happy with FNB’s Debt Review department who are taking forever to do a re- calculation of my loan accounts despite numerous requests for this to be done. This banking company is the only institution preventing me from getting financial clearance and i am not impressed since i sent them a request on the 30th July 2021 and have gotten mo response as yet.
