FNB DEBT REVIEW

I requested my fnb account to be closed after paying up my overdraft, I was then advised to send an email with an instruction for my account to be closed. After waiting for almost month with no response I then called them only to be told to go to the branch to close the account. I went to the branch and the branch couldn't close the account as the account has been frozen. Now again I'm being sent from pillar to post just to have my account closed.
