FNB Debt Review

It is with horror and anxiety that I am writing this... On 26 May we transfered all monies over into credit cards and loan account for my husband and my accounts in order to settle all accounts with FNB... We received settlement letters, phoned double checked procedures to settle our debts and did everything they asked for... Almost 2 weeks later there is sti no answer where the money is that we transfered to the relevant accounts and we still cannot settle our debt... The debt review debarwnt is a complete joke when it comes to giving us any feedback or in general communicating with us!!!! I have taken call references number of first communication to Mamokgabi *** 401 795

I will never recommend this bank ever and have already moved my main account to another bank and once this fiasco is sorted all accounts will be closed and I will never return as a client
