Fnb debt protection plan ****

I have been having extensive problems with FNB regarding their debt protection plans. It was added the in 2017 even though I did not request it and lost quite some money since I use my credit card for day to day expenses with the card settled at the end of each month. I assumed it was some standard charge but only later found this not to be the case. After a 2 month struggle where fees were still being deducted they eventually admitted to not finding me requesting this facitlity but refused to refund the money. It was cancelled at this point. On reviewing my statements on the 1 May I found that it was added again with the amount they claim they are charging for being completely illogical. Again note that I DID NOT reapply for it to be activated. I have contacted my personal banker who said she is busy addressing the issue. However yesterday again money was taken of my account for this ******* that they seem to be pushing down everyone’s throats if they like it or not. I am currently considering moving all my business to another bank
