WE HAVE HAD SHOCKING SERVICES WITH TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST US. We are wanting to speak to someone with regards to our Debt protection plan. I have been sent from pillar to post for a few months now. I have been into the branch and still no-one can assist me. where do I go now. The banks service in this has been terrible.
