FNB debt cover nightmare

My FNB debt cover for retrenchment was approved. So far the claim has made two payments. However both times the amount paid for my credit card has been calculated wrong as only my straight balance was taken into consideration and not my budget balance.

I have called in twice yet there has still been no resolution. FNB fails to see any urgency despite the fact that they are aware that I have been retrenched.
