FNB Debt cover claim lacks honesty and integrity

I am a so called priemeir cluent at FNB i have been calling the bank to get assistance with my debt cover claim sadly they not able to give me answers. I was given email addresses for the insurance department but I do not get any response. Emails sent to *** on 23 October ref *** no response i then called again and I was given incorrect email address ***. ZA. I sent another email to *** and ***. ZA ref *** bi response. When I called in was told calls are recorded and they working under supervision and honestyou and integrity. FNB you not Honest or have any integrity you fail to assist me how that I am claiming for a cover I paid for. Disgusting Fnb - HOW CAN YOU HELP? Be Honest to your clients calling us premier is of no use if you fail to assist.
