FNB DEBT CONSOLIDATION LOANS DON'T ACTUALLY CONSOLIDATE YOUR DEBT

I did a Debt Consolidation Loan approx 2 months ago. FNB was meant to settle all my accounts as was discussed and pay the balance into my account. I just received an sms from MR Price which should have been settled by FNB saying I still owe them money. FNB **** about settling my accounts and they are giving me a run around. They completely short paid that account and now I have to pay the loan AND my accounts. Please know this. I will close my FNB account and stop paying this loan all together if you think I will allow this. This is such a dishonorable practice. I tried phoning to query the issue which is an utter ********! I will be reversing my last Loan Installment to pay my Mr Price account within 21 days. Please know I am giving FNB 21 days to sort this issue out so please use this as official notice. I will then contact the ombudsman to take the matter further.
