FNB debt collectors

I spoke to Lesego on the 14th January in connection with debt collectors who calls me for the handed over account on my personal loan which I pay the monthly instalment of R2043 plus the arrangement extra of R500. She promised she will withdraw my account from the fnb debt collectors. My challenge is whether should I just stop paying hrough debit order and arrange any affordable amount with your debt collectors because their calls irritated me since I have other service providers I owe and they not pressurising me like Fnb does. I'm tired of writing endless complains about fnb. Please help me before I change the bank because if fnb don't take extra money on my account it's them taking me to their debt collectors. I'm furious
