FNB debt collection failing to manage my account

I have been receiving the message below

FNB :-) No premium received on 2023-08-21 for FNB Top-Up Debt Protection Plan CC0***XX. Plan will end on next missed premium. ***. Insurer FSR Life

For the last two months, they used to debit my account and there is always money, I am surprised and wondering why aren't they collecting, what changed?
