FNB debits without consent or AUTHORISATION

On Saturday my wife's cheque account was debited with an amount of R3999.59 to pay her credit card, Today there was another debit of R10281 also to pay the credit card account , I know that my wifes credit card account is in arrears but who gave FNB permission , consent or authorisation to make these debits ??? <br> <br> THIS IS ***** and I will get my lawyer involved in this as it is ******* without my wifes consent !! <br> <br> We will be closing our accounts with FNB , sick and tired of this bank doing whatever they feel like .
