FNB debits without authorisation

I have recently app**** for Debt review and slowly starting to pick myself up again financially. My pension fund finally paid out on Saturday morning, which was a true blessing to assisting my family and then FNB suddenly decides that they are entitled to 65% of that money without notification. That money was to help my household financially and cover my holding deposit as I am moving at the end of April and knowing that my first debit for debt review is going off on the 28th, and I am now short of almost R3500. This is not fair and I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. That was all I had for myself and my family for the next 2 weeks.

I called FNB on Saturday morning when I saw the debit order go off and then was transferred 6 times only to get through to a department that does not work on Saturdays.
