FNB debits NPRSAMED

I had 4 debit orders go off my account without me accepting a debit order mandate. REF: NPRSAMED. I did contact FNB and they just said they can not do a reversal i should contact the service provider. who is the service provider? as I did not accept this debit order. 4 amounts that adds up to R2000
