FNB debits my account when ever they like.

I'm extremely unhappy!!!!

I HAVE a covid- loan and the agreed date for the debit order is 25th of every month. They deducted today and the FNB app says it will go off again on the 25 December FNB I'M NOT IMPRESSED WITH YOUR SERVICE

WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT TODAY!!!!!
