FNB debits my account monthly and goes against the agreement they made

I have had a call with your retentions team, a cancellation was put on file for my building insurance for months now and on a recorded call the insurance consultant from the retentions team assured me that I would not be billed any further; yet you continue to bill me each month. Refund my money to me and start sticking to the agreements you make.
