FNB debits, insider *****? Clarity sought!!!

FNB has debited R8,984.95 from my credit card on 31 Jan 2023, with only a remark 'DEBICHECK DISPUTE DD 30.01.2023'.

I spoke to four call centre agents, one of whom Nomfundo essentially told me its a credit and then transferred me without informing me, another Ernefe who was completely unhelpful and two others from whom I am still awaiting feedback. The two online chats I had going mysteriously terminated the minute the query got difficult to resolve.

This is tantamount to *****, I received no notification, request for approval and the person who actioned this transaction did not even leave sufficient evidence why on my account. I have trolled through transactions for the last 24 months and have no transaction amounting R8,984.95 on my card. I want urgent feedback as to what exactly this debit was for!
