fnb debits ..

am very frustrated with FNB i could kill someone now . i have a load i took and today fnb decides to deduct the money and am not even paid .the whole 1550 kids are going back to school i had to pour petrol to drop my kid to school . only to be notified that these insufficient money in my account.. i signed and agreed with fnb to deduct money on the 25 but they decide to deduct today . not only did i feel embarrassed i had to call.ppl to send me.cash so i can pay. this is so unexpected . i qiickly went to fnb chat and explained my situation the stupid agent tells me i have to call fnb loan. where will.i get the money for airtime to call .? am.so ****ed off . to top things up fnb decided to increase my funeral premiums double.and deducted without my concern . am so ****ed
