fnb debits account without informing customer

Hi. I have a automatic transfer set in place to go off on the 25th of every month into my wife's account. I went out with my family and up on swiping my card for payment I receive
an insufficient funds alert yet it's only the 24th and I know that I have more than sufficient funds available. Up on investigation I see that the money as been transfered out of my account (R3500) to my wife's account.
The best part is that it is not in my wife's account as yet and the both accounts are FNB. Money is now missing from my account. I call the call center and spoke to Tsepho Bapela. She informed me that she will get the manager to call me as I have a big problem.( I am in durban with my family with no money in my wallet and I need to fill fuel to get us back home. The manager calls me back and tells me that \it my problem how I get my family home. There nothing will do to correct the problem that they have.

"
