fnb debits account two weeks in advance when pensioner has no funds

What a cheek !!! They debit me with my debit orders two weeks before they are due when i have no funds my debit orders come off my sassa pension as they go out on the 6th but you debited my account today then you have the cheek to tell me i have to pay for you to reverse them why should i have to pay you when you are reserving the funds way too early this is *******
