FNB DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITH HUGE AMOUNTS WITHOUT PERMISSION

i am basically done paying my personal loan,

FNB sends me a message at 00:01 to say that that they are setting up a debit order for my arrears,

i have set a debit order of R200.00 a month for my arrears to be covered.

Fnb deducted 2 x my loan amount leaving me with next to nothing in my account?

why was this done without my consent?

i have had this loan for 3 years and 2 of out the 3 years my husband has been unemployed,yet i paid fnb monthly (on 2 occasions i went on maternity leave hence the arrears) but still fnb received their installlments,even DURING Maternity Fnb also deducted however they pleased without considering the clients financial status. in my circumstances it would have been easier to just change banks and not make payments? yet i honoured my agreement with Fnb and coming towards the end of my loan ,i really dont deserve this treatement,

i have been with fnb for 16 years and feel that the relationship between us is severed.

I have on the phone for 30 minutes awaiting feedback,the consultant mentioned that she would have a look whats going on?i had to drop the line,

i am currently on the line again trying to get through to Gira for another 16 minutes?

Why debit 2 times the loan installment,when arrears could have been debited the coming month?of which i have been paying for my arrears.

Not to mention that my loan balance has also note updated,

So your deducting money yet im still indebted to fnb due to my incorrect balance.
