FNB debiting amounts and not paying merchents

I bought something online from Takealot and the money was taken from account by FNB but never paid to Takealot. This was confirmed by Takealot who cancelled the order and I gave an email confirming this to FNB. I have disputed the debit of my account by FNB (in December 2023) who have come back 5 months later to advise that the issue is resolved and that they will be debiting my account again. I have never been credited so FNB will now be ********ly debiting my account twice. FNB clearly never even read the papers supporting my dispute and have now (5 months later) come back advising something is resolved and trying to ***** from me further. I will be reporting this to the police
