FNB debited my account for a home loan but says they didn't recieve payment

Recently had a bad experience with FNB and trying to move debit dates for my personal loan. Now I am facing a new issue. Being threatened because apparently my home loan never went off but as per my account and proof on notifications, it did go off and now they are hounding me
