FNB Debit payments *****

I made two purchases on the 24th June 2022 and 10 July 2022 the money was debited on my account immediately. On the 14 July 2022 the same amount for those purchases was debited. They are unable to assist me or explain it to me. My account now is minus. I can’t pay my daughter school fees. Please FNB pay back my money.
