FNB Debit orders on the wrong date!!!

Who gave FNB the permission to debit my account for my personal loan and credit card before my salary date!!! My December salary has not even been paid into my account and you idiots have *****ed me over. How the hell am I supposed to be care for my child and travel to wor**** Do you realize the financial disaster you’ve put me in. Refund that money immediately. Do I have a contractual agreement for the 13th? I will escalate this to the ombudsman
