FNB Debit Orders not being paid

Hi there

I would like to complain about the troubles I am having with FNB, These problems have started since October 2020.

I am having a lot of problems with FBN taking off Debit Orders, I am now sitting in ARREARS with a few of my debits that go off, my Medical Aid has now been CANCELED because of this and my Telkom contract is going to be CANCELED soon.

The past few months I thought I was making a mistake so I always made a plan to get them paid. that was until I drew out my 3 month bank statement, and well to my surprise I saw what was going on.

My debit orders are saying they going off and either on the same day or the next day they are being reversed and saying "MAGTAPE UNPAID NO FUNDS" and ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS".

It even said "ITEM PAID NO FUNDS" , how is that possible?

I know for a fact that I leave money in the account for all of my debit orders to go off.

Also I have set Debit orders to go off on a certain date, but they are going off anytime during the month, this is going to give my banking status a bad name.

I have also taken out a FNB FURNERAL, and they just decide to take the money off twice a month as they please.... Yes its not that much money per month but if they taking it off double then I'm losing a lot of money due to it.

Also FNB PAYPROP takes their money off twice a Month too.

It seems there is PLENTY of people that are complaining about the same thing with FNB.

I have been banking with FNB for 10 YEARS and if this has to carry on it will leave me no choice but to CANCEL my banking with FNB.

This is absolute ridiculous and it CANNOT go on, I need someone to help me sort this out, because if I get BLACKLISTED because of FNB this will not be the last of it.
