FNB Debit Order Switch

There is a lack of communication with the debit order switch team, It seems to me that FNB, in fact, cannot action any debit order switching and are purely profiting from charges relating to failed debit orders! Worse the 2000 refund was just another way to fascinate client for sales however this cannot be preserved I am only with FNB for few months BUT this switching process is imprudent.
