FNB Debit order revesal problems

I had a debit order on the 24th of April that took all my funds i tried calling FNB offices even went to the branch to be assisted because i have bills to pay food to buy and famly to support for the whole week i have been trying to get assistance with no luck and mind you when you use airtime whilst we a broke i am realy disapointed by the service from FNB...you cannot reverse debit order even if you show them proof that Lockdown has affected you and you dont need their covid -19 relief...if you go to their app it takes you to covid 19 relief application that you dont need
