FNB debit order reversal process needs work

Not happy with the fact that I cannot reverse debits over R200.00

You guys say its so that we "stay in good financial standing" but the debit order is not even from FRB or Westbank, so how is it your business?

You need to change this process.

Makes me want to move back to my old bankc
