FNB Debit Order Reversal not available at this time!

I have had enough of this rapidly deteriorating bank! I have ********** debit orders coming off my account. I have spent so much of this afternoon entering my ID number over and over and over again! (I have been able to use the system previously so don't say I don't know how to use it.) The system is USELESS! They then advise me that debit order reversal is not available at this time and advise I try the app. I go through the whole process select the debit order and then it tells me this cannot be done because the amount is too high!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! R5000 has been deducted from my account by Telkom, but at least Telkom is responding to this ********** data subscription. FNB - you are wasting my time. I am really beyond being polite. I am angry with you!!!!!
