FNB debit order reversal dpt, Mooiketsi Moshoane utter rudeness and complete unhelpful attitude.

I have just spoken to Mooiketsi Moshoane from FNB debit order reversals at 8:58 am 16/03/2021 who was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and very rude when i needed help from my service provider, i was rather treated as a foe, please deal with this accordingly and contact me urgently to assist with my initial issue, or i will request this recording and take it further. This is unacceptable as we pay for service, helpfulness and friendliness, not the abovementioned coming from the mentioned consultant if he can be called one.
