FNB debit order reversal
Unauthorized debit orders from my account. I tried to reverse it online i coudn't. I called FNB i was told to call the company that debited my account. The consultant i spoke with said FNB will be in breach of contract, I must take them to ombudsman etc. Very very poor service from FNB, disappointed.
