FNB Debit Order reversal

Hello Peter I'm not happy with the fnb debit order reversal which can't be done during this lockdown now , they tell me to call the provider which took the funds and the provider is unreachable and took most of my salary and now I can't reverse it and that account . They tell us to use the app and it can't even reverse the amount so what's the plan I have bin blocking that debit order from fnb and was charged from blocking it and now I can't even reverse it. So now planning on switching banks cause my salary is not safe in this critical time cause I am in need of every cent I bank with them. So clearly my money is not safe with FNB cause now they really messing around with people.
