FNB Debit Order Nightmare!!!

FNB has got to be one of the worst banks in the country. I have a personal loan with them, I've had it for about 3 years and they've always debited me on time and I've never missed a payment.

Last month (March) and this month (April) they didn't debit me so I decided to make manual payments and give them a call to find out what's happening. The agents I spoke to were very rude and they have no idea why the debit orders stopped. The only thing they told me was that there was a debit order failure, whatever that means.

What's annoying is that even though I've made manual payments for the last 2 months, the account shows up as if it's in arrears on my credit profile but when the agents check for me it is not in arrears and when I check on the FNB app it is not in arrears, so I don't understand why my credit is being negatively affected.

Can someone from FNB please correct this and send the updated info to the bureau as soon as possible?
